リンクが多くて検索エンジン最適化な人が出世する

例えば気になるアーティストを検索してみる。だけど、検索結果に出てくるのはそのアーティストのアルバムを売るためのアフィリエイトページばっかり。いかにそのアーティストが良いか、魅力的か、なんてことは全く書いてないアフィリエイトのリンクのみか、或いは自動生成された意味不明の文章。検索結果のページを何度かクリックして行って、ようやくそのアーティストが好きな人が書いた魂のこもった文章のあるページに辿り着く。

そういう検索エンジンの上位に掲載されているアフィリエイトページを見て「こいつらリンク数と検索エンジンへの最適化だけで検索結果の上位にきやがって」と思うのだけれど、考えてみれば人間社会もそんな感じだよなあ。リンク数=人間関係、検索エンジン=会社組織と置き換えれば、人間関係の多さと会社組織への最適化だけで上層部に登りつめている人って結構多いはず。

で、思ったんだけど、ちゃんとしたサイトが上位に上がれないのって最適化していないサイトのせいなの？それとも検索エンジンのせいなの？リンク数で検索エンジンの上位に掲載されるのってもうある意味時代遅れのような気もしない？
